Working with The Trace and editorial partner Miami Herald, I was the lead photo editor on Since Parkland, profiling every child killed by guns in the year since the Parkland massacre. My primary focus was reaching out to the families of each individual who was being profiled in order to obtain photographs for the website.
Since Parkland won the 2019 Global Youth & News Media award, the Pro-Am Student Journalism prize at the Online Journalism Awards, and was a finalist in Fast Company’s Innovation by Design Awards,
