Leonor is the Senior Photo Editor for Pursuits at Bloomberg Businessweek. 

She has also worked at New York Magazine, The New York Times Magazine, Conde Nast Traveler,
GQ, Men's Vogue, Money Magazine, and More. She was the photo director of the all-female magazine, Mary Review.
 
She has served on juries for PDN Photo Annual, Photoville,
 Latin American Fotografía and the Ellies.


She has commissioned and produced images for the @alittlelifebook Instagram  and manages social media for the author Hanya Yanagihara. She has also worked on original photography projects for novelists Ben Dolnick and Pulitzer Prize winner Andrew Sean Greer. She was the photo editor for the upcoming, May I Come In? by Wendy Goodman. 

Leonor has a weekly newsletter with recommendations on what to read, watch, listen to, places to go, things to see, and internet happenings, all framed by a weekly personal essay. 

Leave it to Leonor also includes an interview series where various dynamic women of note are each asked the same 13 questions. Previous interviewees have included: Roxane Gay, Tracy Clayton, Ashley Ford, Eleanor Kagan, Lolita Cros, Brittany Luse, Yuko Shimizu, Stacia Brown and Dodai Stewart. The women in the series all hail from different vocational disciplines and have included illustrators, artists, writers, producers and podcasts. 
 
Through the non-profit Chicas Poderosas' New Ventures Lab, she is a mentor for Malquerida, a Spanish-language digital project written, edited, produced and illustrated entirely by women.
